Paul Bothwell, the Missions Door, City Church Movements – Team Leader for New England shared the the following information regarding the Greater Boston Area Prayer Summit.   The Summit will be held from 9:00am to 9:00pm on Tuesday, Nov. 17th, 2015 at the Wonderland Retreat Center in Sharon, MA. It is an invaluable gathering that offers the space for worship, reflection and relationship building that impacts ministry throughout the year.

The Greater Boston Prayer Summit is an opportunity to meet with God and connect with His leaders in the Greater Boston area.  It’s is an opportunity to be refreshed in the presence of the Lord with other ministers.

Though the room may be filled with leaders, we try to simply enjoy God without a strong agenda.  This can be very restful for the soul, and often quite different from our common patterns of ministry.  It is also a time to be with and get to know people.  Many have found that they have begun to build real relationships with other leaders more quickly and easily in this environment than in most other settings.

The final Leadership Learning Community meeting for 2015 will occur the week of November 16-19. We have heard repeatedly how beneficial these meetings have been for pastors and church leaders that have attended.

The book we will be covering in the LLC in November is The Advantage: Why Organizational Health Trumps Everything Else In Business by Patrick M. Lencioni – Simply put, an organization is healthy when it is whole, consistent and complete, when its management, operations and culture are unified.  Healthy organizations outperform their counterparts, are free of politics and confusion and provide an environment where star performers never want to leave.

All LLC’s begin at 10 am and conclude by 3pm, unless otherwise noted.

Thursday – 11/19 – Trinity Baptist Church, Nashua, NH
